About

My name is Gabe Sirkin

I'm a commercial real estate developer with a passion for finding opportunities and building relationships around those opportunities.

I specialize in acquisitions and proficient in the full real estate development cycle. I've completed more than $150 MM in deal volume and predominantly focus in the retail sector (nationwide) and urban residential sector (Pittsburgh). I've worked with some of the nation’s top retailers on their expansion efforts across the country, either in a brokerage capacity or as a principal, with brands such as QuikTrip, Taco Bell, Starbucks, Popeye's, Take 5, Dollar General, O'Reilly AutoParts, Tractor Supply Company, and many more.

I've procured dozens of development deals for my partners and clients by discovering unseen potential in undervalued real estate and working diligently with the team I help create, to bring my visions to reality.

A born entrepreneur I have a deep understanding of all aspects of the real estate cycle. I started my real estate journey in a retail brokerage role, being mentored by one of the regions top retail brokers and working almost exclusively with retail developers. I went on to become the Director of Restaurant Leasing at Starwood Retail, and have owned and self-managed a small multi-family portfolio as well as formed a short-term rental management company.

In 2019, with a development property under contract, I decided to focus all my efforts on becoming a developer and Solomon Acquisitions was born. I now partner with market leading developers on development projects I procure. I'm currently working on a 5-unit luxury townhome development in the Strip District in Pittsburgh, PA as well as multiple retail developments across the country.

I was born and raised in New York and a graduate of Ohio University, I now reside in Pittsburgh along with my wife Julia, who is the Director of Membership at Friendship Circle of Pittsburgh, a not-for-profit located in Squirrel Hill.
